Context
Autodesk's path to $10B revenue required shifting reps from intuition-based selling to data-driven selling. But reps were spending 25% of their time doing detective work. They were hunting information across 15+ tools before they could even start a conversation with a customer.
Goal
To eliminate that hunt and surface the right customer intelligence at the right moment, so reps could walk into every interaction already knowing their customer. We wanted to empower reps to be the the ‘experts’ (which they are), and not the ‘detective’ (which was what they were force to become).
What I Did
I joined as a supporting designer in the early days of the project and collaborated with the research team to create a detailed research program that included designing and running 6 iterative feedback loops with reps across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Post research, I took over as the design lead and drove the design from concept through engineering handoff.

Tools sales reps rely on to learn about a customer
ZoomInfo, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Power BI, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, Alteryx, Excel, Quip, CLEAR, Altify (Know Your Accounts), Ops Hub, multiple Salesforce objects, plus a few more.
Key Decisions
Designed a three-layer information model; actionable insight → supporting detail → underlying data, so reps could act immediately without being overwhelmed by 259+ data points.
Used a 4-dimension evaluation rubric (correct, intuitive, intelligent, trustworthy data) across all testing to ground design decisions in measurable rep confidence, not just usability.
Data quality gaps, like 3% coverage on sales interactions, 16% on opportunity metadata etc., meant reps lacked trust. Transparency about data freshness and sourcing became a core design requirement.

One Place to Go
The C360 Home: Firmographics, reps’ most engaged contacts ranked by score, active recommendations, open cases, recent sales interactions, etc., all in a single view.

Beyond the Summary
C360 surfaces detailed trends and product analytics, reports and visualizations, etc., for reps who need to go further than the overview.

Communicating Trust
Every data point surfaces its source on hover, giving reps the confidence to act on what they're seeing without needing to cross-reference another tool.

Glanceable Data
The Licenses & Usage screen surfaces seat utilization gaps and upcoming renewals cleanly, turning disconnected data reps previously worked with, into an immediately actionable signal.
The complete C360 product involved designing more than 40 new “screens” to make up the unified experience. What’s surfaced here is just a sliver of the completed deliverable.
